The Southwestern College (SWC) library was almost devoid of environmental literature when I arrived.  I built an environmental periodicals collection for student research using materials from the US Environmental Protection Agency and a donation of my personal California pollution prevention manuals.

 

Likewise, I developed the environmental video collection at the SWC Learning Resource Center by obtaining videos from several government sources, including the EPA ERT, the State of California, and the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
